The project aimed to create Public Administration Reform Brant Strategy, Brand Identity and Communication Strategy for the public servants and general public.
Agency’s Task
PAR Document outlines the six major policy areas in its public administration reform efforts that basically covers or partially affects all fields leading to good governance. The Agency task was identify the gaps and issues in understanding and knowledge of the role of PAR in public servants, to create a simple message that would communicate the main idea of PAR to the public servants and to the general public.
Solution
In order to UNcomplicate we have deep-dived into the details of the project, decomposed it to smallest parts, prioritized them and finally crystalized down the core idea of PAR from the helicopter view. Based on the interviews and in-depth analyses we created the Strategic documents of PAR as a brand and it’s communication approach, based on the brand strategy we created the Logo, Brand Book, communication plan and a main message-slogan.
